History
Lofted outbuilding, earlier to mid C19. Loft over cartshed to left and stable to right.
Exterior
Outbuilding, whitewashed rubble stone with slate eaves roof. Tall front wall, brick heads to openings. Outside steps on front wall to loft door left of centre. Boarded small 2-light loft window under eaves to right. Ground floor left cart-entry with cambered head, ground floor right has pair of doors and a short window with timber lintel.
Rear has shuttered 2-light windows to loft left and ground floor centre. Door to right.
Reason for designation
Included as an earlier C19 lofted cartshed and stable, part of a small courtyard group with the house and L-plan range.
