History
Early-mid 19. When originally listed the finish was roughcast and a brick panel was visible over door.
Exterior
Small Georgian house. 2 storeys, 3 window range (blind recess to centre). Cement-rendered and painted; slate roof without verges, narrow brick end stacks 12-pane sashes with thin glazing bars in plain reveals, painted sills and plinth. Arched central doorway with 6-panelled door, the upper lights glazed.
Reason for designation
Included as a Georgian house retaining much historic character.
