Former road bridge over the Afon Roe approximately 0.5km N of Castell and immediately to the E of the present, modern road bridge over the B5106 (Llanrwst Road).
Exterior
Probably late C18 single-span rubble bridge with segmental arch of rough-dressed stone; voussoirs slightly inset below a hood of narrow stones. The parapet is partly capped with long, roughly-dressed slabs.
Reason for designation
Included as a probable C18 vernacular road bridge.
