History
Probably mid C19 house.
Exterior
House of two storeys and attic; two window front elevation. Smooth render; quoins; slate roof, rendered chimneys. Left hand bay with gable and bargeboard, pointed two-light attic casement with intersecting tracery, 12-pane sash window with rusticated architrave on first floor and canted three-light bay window with small pane sash lights on ground floor. The right hand bay has a 12-pane sash window with rusticated architrave on first floor and a canted three-light bay window with small pane sash lights on ground floor. Stone garden wall with iron railings with pointed finials.
Reason for designation
Well-preserved smaller house from earliest period of development of Llandudno as a resort.
