History
Small two storey building with fenestration dating probably from time to restoration of Old Penrhyn Hall in early C20 or possibly a little earlier.
Exterior
Two storey cottage. Stone walls; sandstone ashlar dressings to windows and doors. Slate gabled roof; chimney to R. Outshut rear. Front elevation of two window bays with central doorway (modern glazed door). On first floor, two 2-light mullion windows; on ground floor, similar 3-light windows.
Reason for designation
Included for group value with Penrhyn Old Hall.
