Exterior
C1896, bronze full figure statue of the welsh novelist Daniel Owen (1836-1895); in an informal stance wearing a frock coat and holding a book. Moulded limestone and sandstone pedestal set upon a modern, stepped, brick plinth. Signed W G John it was the sculptor's first public statue.
