At the corner of High Street and Northgate Street.
History
Built in the third quarter of the C19 and first shown on the 1890 Ordnance Survey. It was a grocer's shop in 1895.
Exterior
A shop and house of 3 storeys and 2 windows, of roughcast walls and slate roof with roughcast stack to the R. The middle and upper storeys have architraves and sill bands, and the windows are replaced in original openings. The shop front is C20 with recessed central doorway.
The R gable end has windows offset to the R side which are replaced in earlier openings.
Reason for designation
Listed, notwithstanding replacement of windows, as part of a terrace of C19 character and for its contribution to the historic integrity of the walled town.
