Probably earlier C19 with Victorian alterations.  

Exterior
3-storey, 2-window pebbledash front with rusticated quoins and 2nd floor cill bands slate roof. Lugged architraves to horned sash windows, offset to the left; segmental heads to 1st floor and that to the right is a tripartite window. Well preserved overall Victorian shopfront with moulded cornice, broad fascia ends, panelled pilasters and tiled stallriser. The right hand window is broader and they both have arched heads with decorated spandrels and colonnettes. Splayed shop entrance to centre with half glazed door and panelled soffit. Scribed render part painted right hand side with lettering. Horned sashes to pebbledash rear with lower cross range.
