Above and E of the house facing down across the former farmyard. Dated 1883 and initialled DJ. Single-storey and loft; rubble with renewed slate roof. Off-centre entrance (to L) with full-height stable doors. Window to R with 3 panes over 2 sliding boarded panels. Boarded loft door to N gable; overshot waterwheel retained to S gable with protective stone wall.
