Set back behind modern farm buildings on the SW side of a moinor road between Beaumaris and Llanddona, approximately 2km NW of Beaumaris town centre.

Exterior
A rubble stone barn with coped gables of brick, and slate roof. It has 2 tiers of ventilation strips and a segmental-headed wagon doorway with surround of tooled stone. The R gable end has 3 stepped ventilation strips.
Interior
The interior was said in previous survey to retain a plastered roof with the inscription 'IH 1790'.
Reason for designation
Listed for its special architectural interest as a well-preserved late C18 barn.
