Reason for designation
Listed as part of a group of Mid C19 buildings on important street in planned Victorian resort of Llandudno. Group value with adjacent listed buildings in Lloyd Street.  

Group Description
Nos 21 - 27 (Odd Nos) Lloyd Street, Llandudno Three storeys plus attic. Slate roofs with gabled dormers. Rendered fronts. Bracketed cornice. Sash glazing replaced by modern windows. Facing Lloyd Street, 5 windows in all; then canted corner bay, and 2 windows to Madoc Street. Verandah with columns with capitals and moulded bases, spandrils and bands of cresting, lean-to roof. Verandah runs into Madoc Street and covers 1 Madoc Street also. No 21 has 2 window front. At second floor level, 2 windows with cambered heads and keystones, on first floor, to L, square-headed window and, to R, splayed bay window. Remainder of group has 3 windows to Lloyd Street. Painted architraves with keystones on second floor; on first floor, to L, similar window, then 2 splayed bay windows. Two square-headed windows in splayed corner bay, then 2 windows to Madoc Street.
