History
Probably 1870s. On OS Ist Ed map, 1887. Part of a development which includes 19 to 27 Lloyd Street (Odd Nos).
Exterior
Shop with accommodation over. Three storeys plus attic. Rendered, slate roof. Sash glazing replaced by imitations. Bracketed cornice. Facing Madoc Street, 2 gabled dormers. Two second floor windows; on ground floor, splayed bay window to L, square-headed window to R. Late C19 to early C20 cast-iron verandah with columns with capitals and moulded bases, spandrils and bands of cresting running between one pair of spandrils and the next; lean-to corrugated roofs. Verandah elevation of three bays to No 1 Madoc Street.
