Nos 121 & 123 Mostyn Street, Llandudno
Mostyn Street elevation of 4 storeys, 2 windows. Italianate style; hipped slate roof; stucco; cornice with modillions and dentils, frieze with quatrefoil decoration, quoins. Two square-headed sash windows in architraves to top floor. Two camber-headed sash windows in architraves with keystones. On first floor, two 3-light windows with cornices. South Parade elevation of 3 windows (including 1 North Parade), in same style but first floor has central window of 2 round-headed lights with pilasters and cornice over, outer bays have canted 3-light bay window. On ground floor, shopfronts; verandah on iron columns with capitals and spandrils, eaves band.
