Group Description
Pair of Cottages, Glan-y-mor Elias, Llanfairfechan.
Semi-detached pair of cottages, roughcast render. Steeply pitched graded slate roof with double pitch, sweeping back over ground floor extension. Shared central stepped chimney stack in brick. Front elevation facing lane has centrally grouped dormers at eaves, half in raking roof slope. Two ground floor windows with cambered heads.
Entrance facades at sides, 3 storeys with doors set in shallow recessed porch with pointed arch. On first floor towards front, narrow small-pane window, and towards rear, broad camber-headed small pane casement. On second floor, single narrow small-pane window.
Set in stone walled gardens with large enclosure to NW enclosed by fence of irregular pieces of blue slate quarry waste approximately one metre high tied together with wire.
