Listed for group value with St Tudclud's Church.  

Group Description
Nos 1-3 Church View, Penmachno. Terrace of 3 two-window houses, later 1850's. Contemporary with rebuilding of Parish Church. Roughly coursed rubble front, rubble sides and rear. Slate roof with 4 tall rectangular stone chimneys with water tabling. Roof overhangs at gable ends with plain bargeboards. Houses are offset to R, within block. Each house has two small square casment windows below which are doorway (to R), and vertically proportioned 2-light casement window. Ground floor windows and doorways under deep stone lintels. Simple boarded doors. At rear roof sweeps down to ground floor.
