Location
The ridge carries a narrow lane over the River Ceiriog, approx 200m of the B4500. The lane slopes downhill, and leads to tracks on the other side of the bridge.
History
Probably C18. One of several bridges of this period which cross the River Ceiriog.
Exterior
Low single-span bridge with flat deck constructed of large blocks of random stone. Segmental arch of narrow stone voussoirs. Plain low parapets without string course; copings of rough stone blocks laid flat. Abutments slightly splayed to ends.
Reason for designation
Listed as a simple C18 bridge over the River Ceiriog which retains its character and detail.
