History
Small C19 terraced house, built with No 3. Much restored in late C20.
Exterior
Terraced house, painted roughcast with slate close-eaved roof and C20 red-brick right end stack. Two storeys with renewed 12-pane sash each floor to right with concrete sills, and arched doorway to left. Blank fanlight over C20 panel door.
Reason for designation
Included as a small terraced house in late Georgian style. Group value with adjacent listed buildings.
