On the E side of St Mary's Street some 35m S of the junction with St George's Street.
History
C19 house in row with Nos 2 and 3 but slightly taller. Much renovated in late C20. The centre window was probably the original door.
Exterior
Terraced house, painted roughcast with slate close-eaved roof and red brick end stacks. Two-storey, 3 bay facade with hornless 12-pane sashes, taller horned sash to ground floor centre (presumably replacing a door), and half-glazed C20 door with overlight to right.
Reason for designation
Included as C19 terraced house in late Georgian style, of group value, with adjacent listed buildings.
