History
One half of a later C19 pair of 3-storey houses, with Devonia.
Exterior
Left house of a mirrored pair of stuccoed houses with slate close-eaved roof and left end stack. Three storeys, double-fronted with paired doors in centre and blank windows over. Raised quoins, plinth and shouldered surrounds to blank centre openings. Gabled dormer to each house, with 12-pane sash, 2-storey canted oriel window on 1st and 2nd floors with 2-4-2-pane glazing, opening side lights, chamfered and stopped surrounds, and moulded cornices. Ground floor 4-pane sash below. Paired centre doorways have plain stucco surround with cornice on 2 console brackets. C20 doors with plain overlights. Paignton House had an original door of 2 long panels in 1977.
Slate-hung end walls.

Included as a later C19 stuccoed pair of group value in St Mary's Street.
