History
C18 to earlier C19 large lime kiln on E side of Quoits Water Pill.
Exterior
Lime-kiln, rubble stone with semi-circular face to S, with segmentally arched kiln-eye recess with splayed sides on E and W sides, with stone voussoirs.
Reason for designation
Included for its special interest as a substantial lime-kiln, evidence of the coastal lime trade of the C18 and C19.
