Situated three-quarters of the way up stepped terraced row.
Exterior
Circa 1850 terraced house, unpainted roughcast with stucco surrounds, slate roof and roughcast N end stack. Basement and two-storey two-window range of horned 12-pane sashes above, 16-pane sash to ground floor right over iron area grille. Door to left has two concrete steps. C20 door with arched head and fanlight with radiating and scalloped tracery over modillion cornice. Since 1981 house original 3-panel door has gone.
Reason for designation
Group value as part of Nos 19 to 33 (odd), a terraced row retaining parts of its original character.
