3 storey, 5 window front. Incised coursing to whitewashed plaster. Steeply pitched tile roof, hipped over angles to right, plain close eaves. Brick stack. Right hand bay set back with adjoining bay canted back to form an angle from main front. Shallow upper sash to 9 pane 2nd floor windows. 12 pane sash windows to 1st floor; plain reveals, stone cills. Later C19 shopfront to ground floor. Plain pilasters, moulded cornice to plain fascia. 4 light window. Plain rectangular doorway to extreme right. Rectangular fanlight, sidebars; panelled door.
