Exterior
Early C19, 3 storey, 3 window. Roughcast on rubble, cement dressings. Moderately pitched slate roof plain eaves. Rendered stacks, moulded caps.
Shallow 6 pane sashes to 2nd floor windows, lugged architraves. Similar to 12 pane 1st floor sashes, continuous sill band.
Good later C19 shopfront to ground floor. Sunk panelled tapering classical end pilasters. Lion mask fascia ends on foliate consoles. Egg and dart moulded fascia, plain cornice. 7 light window, canted entrance to left. Recessed doorway, rectangular fanlight, half glazed panelled door.
Reason for designation
Group value with listed buildings adjoining the opposite.
