Early-mid C19. One and half storey 2 window building. Whitewashed roughcast on rubble. Moderately pitched slate roof, plain eaves. Rendered end stacks. Late C19 gabled dormers above eaves plain flush bargeboards, Victorian sash windows, 2 light shop window with transoms on ground floor left, plain rectangular doorway, modern door. Broad carriage entry giving access to Back Lane to right.
