History
Early C19 or before. Shown on Plan of Brecknock of 1834.
Exterior
Early to mid C19 street front of 3 storeys, 2 windows; scribed stucco. Slate roof; plinth. Windows with plain reveals. Brecon hopper windows each three panes wide with heads at eaves level on second floor. On first floor, two 12-pane sash windows without horns. To L on ground floor, a large horned sash window with architrave with cornice; to R in similar architrave, a panelled door with top two panels glazed.

Early C19 building retaining its character. Group Value with adjacent listed buildings in Castle Street.
