Elevation to street of two storeys, two window front with central doorway. Front wall faced with stone laid in regular courses. Slate roof. On first floor, two modern two-light casement windows. On ground floor, two 12-pane hornless sash windows. Central modern panelled door.
Reason for designation
Early-to-mid C19 house retaining its overall character; the only one in Mill Street to do so.
