About 30 metres N of junction with Priory Gardens.
Exterior
Lodge of one storey and attic. Slate roof with central rectangular chimney. Stone walls. Elevation to Priory Hill of one storey; two transomed three-light windows with three-centred heads to lights; dripstones. Gabled porch at southern end with stone pilasters, arch with three-centred head and door with cover strips and three-centred heads to panels. South-east gable end with bargeboard; transomed first floor window of two curved headed lights with dripstone.
Reason for designation
Early-to-mid C19 lodge retaining its character with Group Value with buildings in Cathedral Close opposite.
