Probably early C19, but with earlier core.
Exterior
Shop with accommodation above. Tall early C19 3-storey, 1 bay facade of colourwashed brick. Slate roof. Tripartite sash window with small-pane glazing on both second and first floors. C19 shop front on ground floor; two small plate glass shop windows and centre doorway within casing of fluted capped pilasters, continuous fascia and cornice. Cement rendered rear elevation similar to street facade.
Reason for designation
Building with well-preserved early C19 character. Group value with adjacent listed buildings in Ship Street.
