C19 brick front to a building whose other walls are said to be of stone. Originally a three-quater house with front wall timber-framed.
Exterior
Three storeys with gable to street. Two modern windows on second floor. On first floor, two larger horned sash windows with marginal glazing bars. Late C19 shop front on ground floor with casing of narrow pilasters, fascia and cornice. Shop window of four tall curved-headed lights to right hand.

Included for group value with adjacent listed buildings on both sides of Ship Street.
