History
Late C18 or early C19. Left hand ground floor bay formerly with late C19 to early C20 shop front.
Exterior
House. Three storeys, three window front; stucco; plinth. Slate roof. Central window openings blind.
On top floor small 16-pane sashes. On first floor, two 16-pane sash windows. On ground floor, central doorway with pilasters, bracketed cornice, and half-glazed door, panelled. To each side, a 16-pane sash window, that to L with slightly lower sill. Planked door to passage at right hand end. Rear wing with axis at right angles back on to No.1 King Street.

Similar to No.16.
Reason for designation
Georgian house retaining much historic character. Group value.
