History
Probably early C19.
Exterior
Stone cobbled setts, which extend southwards from southern part of No.27 as far as the listed setts in King Street. Between Nos.23 and 21a, these setts incorporate a stone drainage channel; two flights of stone steps to Nos.21a and 21 respectively rise from cobbled setts up to modern pavement.
Reason for designation
Included for Group Value with adjacent listed buildings, and with cobbled steps to King Street.
