Exterior
Two storey, three window house; stuccoed; plinth. Slate roof. On first floor, a narrow central sash window without glazing bars has a 4-pane sash window to each side. Four-pane sash also to L bay on ground floor. Doorway, offset to R with wooden doorcase, plain pilasters and moulded cornice on consoles; plain rectangular fanlight and four-panelled door. At right hand end, plain doorway to passage with four-panelled door.
