History
Part of the Gwernvale Estate. Late Georgian early to mid C19 (on 1840 Tithe Map)
Exterior
2-storey, 3-window scribed stucco front with rusticated quoins; slate roofs, wide bracket eaves, rendered end chimney stacks. Recessed 12-pane sash windows and bay window with sash glazing to ground floor left. Central open pedimented doorcase with advanced cornice and pilasters; 5-pane fanlight and modern doors. Rendered left end wall with ornamental bargeboards to asymmetrical gable. Similar right end wall with remodelled range to rear, sash windows and 2-storey splayed bay with dentilled cornice.
