Exterior
Symmetrical 2-storey, 5-window coursed rubble front with plinth and basement to No 2. Slate roof, wide boarded eaves and brick chimney stacks to centre of both houses. 12-pane sash windows with voussoirs, blind central window. Raised twin central doorcase with pilasters and panelled reveals, 6-pane doors and overlights. Steps down to boarded basement door to right with drip board.
Casement attic windows to gable ends, colour washed to right. Almost symmetrical rear with wide eaves to slightly set back outer bays. Various windows including small pane sashes and small pane staircase windows to centre; french windows to right rear over basement.
Contemporary railings retained to front.
