Location
Situated on W side of lane running S from A40 in village, opposite Llanspyddid farmhouse.
History
Former barn, probably dating from early C19, converted to a house c. 2000.
Exterior
Barn, now house, painted rubble stone with slate roof, overhanging at eaves. Road side has off-centre double barn doors under raised catslide roof, one small loop to left, and former door with cambered brick head to right, now glazed. Two loops in right end wall above added lean-to cart-shed on right end wall with broad cambered-headed cart-entry on end wall to road, with brick arch, and double doors. Loft light in left end gable. Rear has opposed barn entry, now glazed, lean-to to left, small window to right. Modern skylights.
Interior
Interior not inspected. Said to retain collar-truss roof.
Reason for designation
Included for group value with The Farmhouse and Copper Beech Barn as part of the former Llanspyddid Farm.
