On the NE side of the A490, close to its junction with the A483 at Sarn-y-bryn-caled.
Exterior
A small house, of probable C17 date. Timber framed with slate roof and brick axial stack. Box-framing in square panels with painted brick panel infil. One and a half storeyed, baffle entry plan. Inserted windows to either side of the doorway, and 2 gabled dormers within the roof.
Included as a typical example of the local vernacular building tradition.
