3 storey, 3 window. Painted English garden wall bond brick. Gently pitched slate roof, deep boarded eaves. Brick stacks. 12 pane sash windows set under eaves, plain reveals, stone sills. 3 Edwarian canted oriel windows to 1st floor. Pulviniated entablature, small paned upper lights. Gauged brick voussoirs to window at extreme right of ground floor. Lower glazing bars removed from 12 pane sash. Gauged brick voussoirs to central doorway. Modern door. Former door to left. Cambered brick arch to double doors on entrance to left.
