Exterior
4 storey, 8 bay flannel factory. Flemish bond brick. Gently pitched slate roof. Sawtooth eaves cornice. Chimney removed to left end. 3 light casements to all floors. Cambered gauged brick voussoir arches, shallow reveals, timber sills. Largely broken or boarded over. Loading doors with modern hoist to 3rd and 1st floors. Main entrance door offset to right. Good original doorcase with dentilled hood. Rectangular, 3 light fanlight. Modern door, cambered brick voussoir arch to heavy framed door on right gives access to passage.
Rear elevation in poor condition.

Group value with Brynfield House.
