4 storey, 6 bay former flannel factory. Flemish bond brick. Gently pitched slate roof. Saw toothed eaves cornice. Brick end chimneys. 3 light casements to all floors. Cambered gauged brick voussoirs. Shallow reveals, no sills. Two bricked up 3rd floor, 2nd floor intact. 1st floor, outer pair modern glazing, inner boarded over; mullions only in place. Two doorways to left, cambered brick voussoirs; that to right reduced in height. Plain doors. Broad depressed archway flanked by two deep 3 light windows with cambered voussoir heads to right.
Ground floor was formerly a carriageworks.
