3 storey and cellar reflected pair of former back to back houses, of which No 10 Union Court remains. Flemish bond brick front with slate hung rear. Gently pitched old slate roof, lead ridge. Deep boarded eaves to front and back. Central diagonally set brick stack. 2 widely spaced windows per storey. Shallow 8 pane sashes to 2nd floor windows under eaves. 16 pane sashes to 1st and ground floor windows. Plain reveals, stone lintels and sills, cellar openings below. Paired ornate timber porches with pierced fretwork patterns to front, panelled sides. Swept lead roofs, slate bases. Benches to interior. Original 6 panel doors. Good slate hung rear elevation with small paned iron framed windows, shallow to 2nd floor. Deep eaves.
