Set back, within private grounds, between the A5025 and the B5109 SW of Pentraeth. The cartshed/hay barn lies to WSW of the house and to rear of the cottage range.

Late C18 or C19 open cart or implement shed. One of the later ancillary buildings at the estate centre of Plas Gwyn.
Exterior
Linear range of 6 open fronted bays. The rear and R (NE) walls are built of rubble masonry; the front and L sides have open bays divided by roughly dressed stone piers with raking sides to plinth bases. Roof of small slates.
Interior
Roof of 6 bays with exposed sawn king post trusses.
Reason for designation
ncluded as a good cart or implement shed which retains original character. The shed is an integral part of the ancillary buildings that are grouped around the estate centre at Plas Gwyn.
