Situated on the W side of the junction of the Pontsarn to Pontsticill parish road and the road to the Church of St Gwynno at Vaynor.
History
Early to mid C20 Brecon County Council fingerpost.
Exterior
Fingerpost, cast-iron shaft with 2 cast-iron indicator boards, one marked 'Pontsticill ¾ Talybont-on-Usk 11¼' the other 'Vaynor Church ¼', in raised capitals. Pierced roundel on top marked 'Brecon County' around rim.
Reason for designation
Included for its historic interest as an increasingly rare surviving example of earlier C20 road signs.
