Exterior
3 storey, 2 window house. Flemish bond brick. Gently pitched slate roof, lead ridge. Dentil eaves cornice. Plain brick stacks. Shallow 20 pane sash windows to 2nd floor. Modern insertion to centre. 20 pane sashes to 1st and ground floor windows. Gauged brick voussoirs, plain reveals, stone sills. Plain doorcase, slightly off-centre. Brackets to gabled hood. Panelled reveals and door. Brace plate to left end wall. Modern doorway. Modern windows to rear.
