Probably early C19.
Exterior
A symmetrical two-window, two-storey cottage. Roughcast including a front parapet wall about ½-metre high. Replaced modern 12-pane timber windows above and 16-pane similar below. Central door.
Reason for designation
Listed as an early C19 cottage and for group value with Darwin Cottage and the Old White Lion.
