In a farmyard at the side of the road near the community boundary. Sited upslope and behind the farmhouse.

C16?, six-bay, cruck framed lofted cowhouse. Painted brick front and side end walls, rear elevation timber framed, much altered. Steeply pitched, hipped slate roof, oversailing eaves.
Modern agricultural windows, plank doors.
5 cruck trusses, blades cut below elbow to rest on wallhead to front. Through purlin collared full crucks, bow blades tennoned. Tie beams secondary. (C17?) and contemporary with insertion of loft. Original lower tie beams removed. C17 partitions and loft divisions, (now removed on ground floor).
Building may have been erected as a barn.
