History
The larger of 2 similar much modernised houses in court to rear of Nos 92-3 Lammas Street, one of the group of surviving courts at this end of Lammas Street. Marked on 1834 map.
Exterior
Paired house, painted rubble stone, with slate roof continuous with No 2 adjoining to left. Two storeys, upper floor with 2 C20 uPVC windows centre and right over 2 ground floor similar windows (the right one a plate glass sash). C20 uPVC door to left with overlight, paired with door to No 2, and a similar, narrow sash to extreme right. All openings with cambered brick surrounds.
Reason for designation
Included notwithstanding loss of detail as part of one of the few remaining C19 back courtyard developments in Carmarthen.
