Above the road with a walled and embanked grassed forecourt; sited nearly opposite the entrance to St Fagans Drive.
History
The adjoining former chapel is dated 1837 and this, the former Minister's house, is probably contemporary. It was built on land given by Hon. R T Clive. The house was fully restored following listing, having been empty and deteriorating at the time of inspection (April 1989).
Exterior
Attached to the left hand end of the former chapel is a two storey two window rendered house with a Welsh slate roof. Six over six pane sashes, painted fanlight to arched centre doorway. Rear elevation with late C20 features.
Interior
Interior not inspected at resurvey.
Reason for designation
Included as a part of the important group of historic estate buildings at the centre of St. Fagans village.
