History
Built in the early C19 and shown on the 1841 Tithe map.
Exterior
An L-shaped multi-purpose farm building with added rear lean-tos at the downhill (S) end, of limewashed rubble stone and slate roof. A cow house on the E side has 4 lintelled doorways with boarded doors. The cross range to the W end has an asbestos-cement roof. Abutting its N side is an added lofted cart shed, which has a lintelled doorway to the gable end, and fixed loft window in the W side wall.
Reason for designation
Listed for its special interest as part of a well-preserved farm group.
