Between Llanarmon-y-Ial and Llanferres, below the S side of the A494, approached from the E via footpath on minor road.
History
Probably early C19.
Exterior
Single-storey house and with stable/byre range to L; rubble walls, limewashed, slate roofs. House has brick chimney to L and stone chimney to R. Three windows to house, (modern glazing), and boarded door to R. Low stone wall forms enclosure near entrance. Further doorway (deeply set) in R gable end. Rear has no openings. Stable/byre has 2 (boarded) doors, window to L and tiny window to eaves at R.
Reason for designation
Listed as an early C19 vernacular house and byre retaining much character.
