Situated on the west side of the A487, N of Pont Llanfarian, attached to Greenways.
History
Mid C19 village house, a pair with Greenways to which it is attached by a low link range.
Exterior
Mid C19 house with symmetrical frontage in late Georgian style. Rubble stone with C20 raised stucco thin surrounds to openings, slate gabled eaves roof and rendered end stacks. Two-storey 3-window frontage. Ground floor has panelled timber door to centre beneath rectangular overlight with 6 panes in decorative carved timber glazing bars. Stone voussoirs visible above stucco bands to all openings. Windows are 12-pane hornless timber sashes with painted stone sills. Left gable end in unpainted roughcast. Small single storey modern extension set back to left.
Interior

Reason for designation
Included as a good mid-C19 Cardiganshire house in the Georgian tradition, and for group value with Greenways.
